&lt;P&gt;Pretty much all you can do is to put in a complaint:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/complaints" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/complaints&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky then has up to 8 weeks to resolve this or you can ask for a deadlock letter that allows you to take the complaint to the next step but hopefully a resolution&amp;nbsp;will be found before then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had no internet with sky for 7 weeks. I've had 3 engineers out saying the same thing I've been restricted. Sky have said im not the engineers dont know what they are doing. They sent me a new router, even though an engineer tried several different things. Today then they've said the same thing im restricted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea what to do next as sky doesn't seem to be bothered about my situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
