      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4578446"&gt;@KimRileyx&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you knocked the hub hard you are likely to have caused an issue with the cables. Check they are plugged in securely if they are and the service doesn't stabilise call Sky as you need an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
