If it is you do nedd to reset the hub which requires more than pressing the reset pin in. On the black hubs keep the pin pressed until the power led flasheswhich can take 20 seconds. On the white hubs press the wps button in until the led flashes green which takes 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been away and come back and now my devices won't connect to the internet, it's saying wrong password or no channel available, I have rebooted the modem and pressed the reset button and the problem continues to be the same&lt;/P&gt;</description>
