      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1176438"&gt;@markat12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but the most likely explanation is that Openreach has decided thst your fault does not require a visit to your home as either it was caused by a known issue which has been resolved or the line is testing normally.. This can be irritating if your line has an intermittent fault as unless the fault occurs while being tested there is no simple way of finding it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
