Hi

I live in an old house with very thick walls!

I've got 2 Sky extender pods and the Wi-Fi is still very poor in one room (says weak signal in red)

I got a NETGEAR Wi-Fi extender, tried to connect it to my hub, pressed the connect button till the light turned blue, but for the life of me, the NETGEAR plug won't connect.

Are they compatible? If so, what am I doing wrong? Please explain in simple English, as I'm not a technical person.

Thanks in advance

Will

A Netgear plug is not a product, we would need to know exactly what model you have
