WiFi connection to box keeps dropping

The WiFi works perfectly well on all devices except for the Sky box and mini box. It keeps losing connection which then means I cant use any apps etc I have called up before and spent over an hour with someone as we reset all the settings and it worked well for a week or two but now its happening daily.

@Emma_C What sky Hub are you connecting to with the sky Q/mini combo currently, if sky Max then you need to do it different way from the norm than if you use a sky Broadband Hub!

It is a sky max box. Its just frustrating as this has been on going for about a year. I dont have time to call up and spend hours on the phone to them to sort it out for a few weeks.

@Emma_C Then call sky, have them send a Satellite engineer with a sky Broadband Booster to sort out the wireless mesh between the sky Q box and the sky mini, otherwise find a way to Ethernet connect the sky Q and the sky mini to the sky Max Ethernet port by yourself!
