topic Phone line disruption in Broadband

My wifi connection randomly daily, but consistently gets disconnecting. This means that my sky mini hub in separate room disconnects and freezes whilst viewing. Also my cctv which relies on good phoneline connection becomes offline. All equipment has been tested inside house and everything is working. Issue is from house to telephone pole outside. As i am with sky, please advise house to proceed to get problem fixed.

@Happy+Gardener Run the check below and if it does not find anything do the last part you do appear to be convinced that you have nothing internal going on so what makes you say that!

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
