      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered Sky TV and full fibre broadband 8 weeks ago when I was told it would take a few days to complete the installation. Since then sky have told me that open reach need to do a survey or something before my broadband can be installed. I have just checked the open reach broadband checker online which states that full fibre broadband is available at my property. I cannot ring sky as my mobile signal is shocking and I do not have broadband to be able to use WiFi calling. How can I contact sky to get my broadband installed so I can watch the TV they have already taken 2 months payments for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
