      <title>Awful connection after fibre installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently upgraded. 3 years copper and zero issues in all that time and started getting drop outs mid October. Told by sky we need to upgrade to fibre to fix the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing but hassle since. Speeds in some rooms can be 20. Even in the room where the main hub is, apps on tv constantly buffering and unwatchable. Have had 2 engineers out and have 2 pods which are making zero difference. We both work from home so clearly a huge issue. Cannot believe how poor it is and so annoyed I've been upsold for something that is worse than copper!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
