If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The Internet connection is dropping stopping me watching TV undoing anything on my phone or laptop. Is full fibre available or any other connection as this is terrible.im getting below the guaranteed connection I was promised. Please could I get some help as I rely on. My Internet as im disabled and housebound</description>
