No wifi connection

Its being so many days i have got an issue with wifi. I have tried all steps as to switch off switch on but its not working. I am paying so much.. extra for booster but its nit working. I will be moving to some other provider as sky has been issue since my monthly charges have gone up. I would need urgent assistance.

Threatening to change providers is pointless here. You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

In fact depending what the issue is it may just move with you.

Have you reported a fault to Sky?
