      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since starting with sky, the WiFi is intermittent and cintendtky cuts out for now reason. When I look at the app, it says it's good however this is not the case. Please can you explain why&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the light is always white, however when I have Netflix or Disney (especially), it drops and says "no internet connection", for about 5/10seconds before it reconnects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also often have it were it it just drops out and comes for things to be pixelated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":neutral_face:"&gt;😐&lt;/span&gt;! I'm just confused as to why I get a good connection on the app, when infact, it's dire!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like it's worse then virgin media, who I left as the connection was god awful there!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
