Hi everyone, hoping for some advice from the community.

For the last month to now, my Sky broadband has been really unreliable at home. During Christmas, you can see just how terrible the connection is with more devices trying to connect.

The main problems are Wi-Fi frequently drops out / loses internet, Devices won’t connect, such as phones and computers or connect and then immediately disconnect with a poor signal. We have tried rebooting the hub helps temporarily, but the issue always comes back. I’ve already tried restarting the hub multiple times / left it off for a few minutes, checked cables and hub position, forgot the network + reconnected on devices, tried an Ethernet cable.

What’s the best way to ensure this is handled properly by Sky, and what evidence should I collect?
