Hi there

I have a sky max hub and an intermittent issue stopping me be online since 18th December.

The hub appears to be connected to the internet (solid white light), but then any internet traffic, even an Alexa command, causes it to disconnect. It at best held a secure connection for 5 minutes.

Two openreach engineers and come out, and told me the line is showing as strong.

However, Sky's customer service team have said the problem is with the line, so they will not send me a new job to try.

This has left me with no internet over the Christmas period, limited control of my heating system (runs off the hub) and inability to catch up on work.

Has anyone experienced similar network issues? I feel like I'm going around in circles with this.

Thanks

Tom
