this is so frustrating, sky engineer came to my house the first time installed the ONT then went out to connect some wires and messed up everything it disconnected my neighbours wifi and phoneline and wasnt able to finish the job and fix it, we had to wait until monday (including my neighbours). 2nd engineer comes on monday checks things out realises everything is wrong, calls his manager, doesnt get anything fixed. 2 days later i finally get a text from them saying their installation connected me to the wrong network so they'll have to reverse it and get it sorted in the next few days. great so another ones coming. it's almost a week now, like can i at least get a discount or something for all your mistakes ? you used up almost 3 engineers for just a fibre connection 😭

Not our mistake(s). You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

I'm not sure your issue comes under the auto compensation policy. Once it's all sorted contact Sky and see if they'll credit your account as a good will gesture.
