If the chat is correct, all the other is trying now to get the e-mails stopped and if any DD is open stopping sky taking the return fee out off the account!

I am posting out of huge frustration. Returned sky router by the date sky gave me. This was posted and tracked so I had proof I had posted it back to them. Over the past two months I have received endless emails asking for sky router to be returned. Each time on live chat I say the whole thing ..it has been returned. Sky say that they have received it then I get another email. This evening I received an email stating as I hadn't returned router to them they were going to charge me £33 and potentially if I don't pay it it could go to debt collectors. WOW. I've now spoken to live chat who assured me it has been marked as returned. An email of complaint alongside trust pilot review and message on here. Unfortunately I do not have any good feelings about the outcome. Probably be a phone call to citizens advice now.
