I have come from Virgin and I am finding that he whole sky experience is less smooth and responsive.</P><P>I accept there is a time element of getting 'used' to a new system, but why am I still thinking the whole tv, channel finding, programme information&nbsp; and user friendliness is 'clunky' and not at all helpful?
