topic New to sky in Broadband

Hi, I have been with Sky (broadband and tv) for about one month. I have come from Virgin and I am finding that he whole sky experience is less smooth and responsive.

I accept there is a time element of getting 'used' to a new system, but why am I still thinking the whole tv, channel finding, programme information and user friendliness is 'clunky' and not at all helpful? Even the voice activation is hit and miss.

Have I been spoilt by Virgin?
