    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new sky customer.. speeds are consistently poor. Speeds (Ookla Tests) are just b/w 45 - 20 mbps.. I am so close to the point of access and router. Service checker says everything is fine. Surely the people at Sky know more than to just dump service checker and diagnostics suggestions. Cheats !!! Regretting the switch from from Three. They had a better deal for me and I said No to that. On top of that, for this terrible speeds they sold me Sky TV.. God, I don't have a TV but with this poor speed, I am not going to be interested in the Sky TV.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone else experience this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Merry Christmas all !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm supposed to be 900+MBPS Optic Fibre package... called the service, they asked me to go to fast.com and take snaps and upload on sky.com/myphoto and some more cable end swaps + some more pic uploads of router and OpenReach .. said needs to be escalated to an Engineering team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4569949"&gt;@RKR&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Easy test, stick an Ethernet connected device on to the sky Hub, disable all the wireless wifi devices if possible and speed test through the Ethernet on a capable device, max speed should not be the issue then between device hub and then the Fibre connection is the only thing to worry about, have sky FF500 and hit the 500/70Mb/s nearly all the time, FF900 if via OR is 990/110Mb/s by default to aim for!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
