ONT and route have no power and won’t turn on

Hello, I have turned it on and off, unplugged it and gone through all of the steps it takes me through on the sky app but still not power or any lights on my openreach ONT on the wall or the WiFi sky route

@Chloecarrott The odds of both going at the same time with no power to either device just staggering, have you tried another power source or do you know it is working fine by plugging something else in?

I have tried plugging it into different power supply and it doesn't do anything and I also have tried my lamp in all of the same plugs and that is working fine.

@Chloecarrott Call sky now, dial 150 from your landline if it is working or same number if you have a sky mobile and let them know that both the ONT and your Sky Hub no longer power up, would do it quickly as time is getting near the holiday period, CS is open 8am to 8pm.
