      <title>Terrible performce</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;since day 1 the performance has been poor (struggling to support a single ps5 game) and over the last 3 weeks it's become horrendous. Yes, I had tried resetting it, forced reboot to update the software, reattaching the device and more - fundamentally it can be improved by increasing the bandwidth at source, so PLEASE do this. Unable to support a single device consistently is simply not good enough. .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's not how broadband works.&amp;nbsp; If you want to move to a different product you'll need to order it from Sky, which cannot be done through this forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
