      <description>&lt;P&gt;We keep losing connection ..... every ten minutes or so .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;been happening for about 24 hrs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have done all the re sets and checks and the on line checker but still keeps happening&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link below for the lights will also take you to sky Customer Service at the end off the testing with the need more help and the call us option!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on!
