My internet speed has been way below the guaranteed speed. I'm currently getting 1.5mb/s and have been below the minimum guaranteed speed for three days now.

I would like to know what sky can do to resolve this, and if a resolution isn't found quickly I would like to know about an early cancellation because my speed has been terrible and I live in an area with Fibre being offered by other companies.

The rest you will have you do when you call sky and record the complaint and see if they wish to repair or upsell to you!

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

The sky Max bumps you upto wifi6 operation but there is some pitfalls that can go with that?
