topic Wifi issue in Broadband

Everything is lagging and the eifi keeps disconnecting from all the mobile phones and tvs in the house. This has been happening for the past 1 week now, but the wifi and broadband test keeps showing that the connection is good. However, no one has good signal in the house. We have all been forced to use our data.

If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
