      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we've renewed our subscription for a better deal with sky fibre 500 only to be told weeks later its not available until march next year am I entitled to some kind of compensation or at least my subscription extended the equal time I have to wait&lt;/P&gt;</description>
