Hi, my sky fibre broadband band and open reach connection box are not working and I am getting continued drop out throughout today (18/12/25). The openreach connection box red light is showing for LOS. I have been rebooting both items but it is still not working, why is this happening please?

@TinaJ1 the red light means there is no optical signal being received which could be an exchange fault but more likely is the fibre has been daamaged. Unless the service checker in the My Sky tells you Sky are already aware of a fault affecting your line you need to call them to report the fault somit can be checked out.
