    <description>Hello, we switched to sky broadband yesterday and got connected during the day. We had an issue with the password which is in the process of being resolved and an engineer will come out on monday. Today we have no WiFi with an error message saying the hub is connected but with without Internet. When I check the service using the app it says no issues. I also note the address in the service check section is for 1 Denehurst, when our address is actually 1 School House, Denehurst. Can you provide assistance and or reassurance that the right address has been connected to the exchange? Thank you</description>
