Engineer appointments are scarce at this time of year but it is worth asking.

I have had my full fibre cable installed up to the front of my house then left in a bundle outside.

My activation date is 10th of feb 2026. I have now paid two £15 a month extra for sky tv that was meant to be included in my pacakage that would lower my monthy bill by £4 no increase it by £15 and I don't have the full fibre i am paying for.

I spoke to an engineer who was doing work down my road and he informed me he had installed the cable a month ago and to contact sky asap.

You are not contacting Sky by posting on here as this is where customers help each other so you could try calling them to see if they can get you an earlier activation date.
