      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we recently upgraded to better WiFi to solve the issue of unstable WiFi connection in my sons bedroom. We were told we could be sent a booster or extender free of charge if we were still experiencing issues. We are still experiencing the connection dropping regularly, therefore, please could I request the necessary equipment to improve the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Becky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
