ONT internal box

I've been told that the engineer only needs to be outside to install a small box for fibre. When I've watched the video it shows a box being fitted inside. I'm really concerned as I'm not the home owner and hadn't agreed to anything being fitted inside the house, only on the outside wall and I don't need to be present. There is a box fitted for skyQ and a router inside the house, would this be enough?

@KrenW as a tenant you must havecthe landlord's consent before the install takes place as it does involve fitting a box outside drilling a hole through the external wall and then fitting the ONT which requires power. The Sky Q installation has no use in providing full fibre broadband. See https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/full-fibre-broadband-installation-checklist
