My broadband connection keeps dropping out every couple of minutes. It comes back online for a couple of minutes then drops out again; it's been doing this for an hour now. I've unplugged the router and pressed the reset button but the connection is still dropping out every couple of minutes.

No idea where or how to report this to Sky, and the virtual assistant was worse than useless!! I don't know if it was coincidence or not, but I unplugged everything, including Sky Q box, for 10 minutes and when I switched everything back on it started working ok again!

Mine seems to be okay since the afternoon but was knocking me out of work calls etc all morning. I turned EVERYTHING off and back on again earlier but as of 2pm (ish) it seems to have improved 🤞🤞
