Received my pod this morning. Royal Mail tracker shows the pod as delivered, but my sky app still shows as 'Disptched - Coming soon'.

Pod just flashes white. I can't see it in my devices, and there's no 6GHz option in the Wi-Fi settings to toggle on and off...

link to set up manually just outs me into a place to download the app even though it's already installed..
is there a way connect the pod manually via serial number? It feels like I've tried every link there is.

TIA!

Not even sure if the Sky Max hub can either! Cannot find much detail on the sky Max hub, but this is pretty much the standard below!

Wi-Fi6 802.11ax (10Gbps+) - Frequency: 2.4GHz, 5GHz

@Hoggster72 check that the pod is listed in your device list in the My Sky app if it isnt see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-max-pod and follow the steps. given.

When matched the hub will, produce a closed signal that the pod uses for the back haul, connection. One hint to is intially set the pod up near the hub and movectomitscfinal position once connected but remember it needs a decent connection tonwork somhalfway to thexarea needing the boost isxsensible.
