      <title>Horrendous connection issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;please see my previous engineer visit this was a few months ago potentially a year or so ago and I'll be honest. It resolved the issue after a extend box was fitted however we are having numerous issues every day with connection either being unavailable or connected and we're receiving horrendous speeds.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have nest cameras and they are dropping off-line up to 50 times a day and I'm starting to get really frustrated paying for a product that I'm just not receiving despite The sky app telling me that my connection is amazing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not receiving amazing connection please can you book an engineer to come out and resolve this? I've done the troubleshooting. I'm not seeing any improvement&lt;/P&gt;</description>
