      <title>Problem with WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Problem connecting with my WiFi.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The sky is working and the connection is there, lights were amber now they are green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Have reset the router and switched on and off and done various tests on the Sky products page and says all is connected ok and no issues all is excellent or good, the connection is unknown, that's the only issue, however cannot connect to WiFi still on all devices in home.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I'm in the Lincolnshire area so don't know if a issue here.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Need this looking into Asap.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Been like it since early this morning.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The internet amber light is on now on the sky router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's connected to the internet but no network and exclamation mark on the WiFi as limited access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Done everything that the internet has said and still no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Im in Lincolnshire area too and have had same issues since about 4am My.homepage shows all apps etc as available yet no Internet connection. I've done all the checks too</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4561870"&gt;@PR2918&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The Amber light is the one, the sky hub is up but it is NOT connected to the Internet side, so there is a problem with it connecting, it may be nothing to do at your side and nothing that you can do! see the link below!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test!&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
