    <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi that I have just renewed my contract on for the next 2 years with the promise of exceptional service has just dropped again for the 5 th time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a problem?, YES but only when trying &amp;nbsp;to contact Sky services to find out why my Broadband keeps dropping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2414132"&gt;@sqweeber&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app or websitte to see if it has picked up the problem if it has it will offer help. If it hasn't you will have to call Sky and speak to an agent stay in the line and do not accept offers of help from the bot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However whether Sky can get Openreach to do anything deppends on the frequency of tge line drops as the systems managing the lines are designed to stabilise the connection automatically and they only intervene where those cannot do that without dropping speeds below the guarantee..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all answers and yes I did phone up and yes it only took around ten minutes to speak to someone who ln fact turned out to be very helpful.It was in fact a genuine fault on the line,and yes has now been fixed but may have continued if I had not made the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again thanks to all who read and answered my question.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
