We moved house 4 weeks ago.

Contacted Sky to tell them new address and renew our package.

Engineer called and set up new Sky Q box.

Fault with broadband, so booked an engineer.

Received a text saying all sorted, but still no broadband.

Have repeated this exercise 3 more times, still no broadband.

Spoke to Openreach engineer and it seems they are being sent to our OLD address.

Rang Sky 3 times to inform them what was happening but they seem unable to grasp the problem.

Engineers still being given old address.

Computer systems what can one say!!!!

Thanks for your reply. Spoken to three different people to check our details are correct.

Our account details online show our new address, but it seems whenever an Openreach engineer is booked they get given our old address.

Seems bizarre.

@Wezzywitch It's hard to say from your opening post, a home move booked, then looks like the sky Q got taken care off Satellite wise, but your Broadband issue, is it a connection failure, nothing has never been connected up you just don't say and calling sky about it appears broadband opps, the NEW address is not known so deal with it, OR gets sent there to the old one! Broadband/Talk is one part and TV is another part, they are NOT all joined together so to speak!
