Customer services, when I can speak to anyone, have no idea. Norton refer me back to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I have followed all the steps, I get a pop up saying, ' This special offer is for members only' and a message saying ' You have reached the maximum enrolments allowed'. I contacted Norton, and after an age and countless questions, their operator said I need to get a product key from Sky. Getting through to a human at Sky &amp;nbsp;is almost impossible. The virtual assistant just wants to refer me to the online help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
