Also try switching your hub off for 5 minutes to let it lose power and then back on, you have nothing to lose as you say it's not working at all for you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Green light indicating that their is power to the hub, nothing else. Sky helpline is ridiculous. I need to have either a new hub or an engineer. Automated service, does not allow for this to be booked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
