    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's relentless, I had 14 missed calls from Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;I just blocked the number.&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know why they do it, they seem to think they can just harass you into signing a new contract, it's like dealing with an abusive ex.&lt;BR /&gt;If only they applied the same obsessive dedication to improving their crumbling infrastructure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4561480"&gt;@Seamus_Nosetwin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If your leaving then you are leaving, the calls can be one off two reason's, mistakes get made and sky can be trying to prevent that, and also they can be checking that it was you requesting the change. Either way if they refuse the switch and you don't confirm that is also a choice they can make and your move could get cancelled if you are indeed doing so!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been a few oops changes that should not have happened, and who knows sky may be waying up the odds!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
