If you want a new sky Hub then you need to call sky, your post does not sound like you have a faulty hub, but a slight adjustment would possibly be better if you have the sky Max system!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i have an issue with my broadband router, some of the devices in the house hold keep disconnecting and we have problems with streaming on devices also. I believe the problem is the router itself so can i request a replacement router please. I have done my own broadband tests and the speed to the router is okay but for some reason our devices struggle to work correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
