@Stevo1983 Is it the WiFi or the Broadband they are completely different. The link below may help you work it out!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

@Stevo1983 Can you follow the link and capture, post up like the sample in the post for th table as you see it, and also allow the fields to fill in before doing so!

How to read your Sky Hub statistics

When your hub goes off at 11am when does the Orange light go back to Green time wise if you know!

It's the second and 4th light and lasts about an hour

@Stevo1983 Understand that is going on, the stat's may show something as requested from above, after looking at those then next is the log file captured before during and after for the timeline, nothing in that hub has time switched control to go off/on like that so you are loosing the Internet and voice connections for the period.

@Stevo1983 It is going to be best if you call sky, dial 150 from your landline phone, let them run a diagnostic against your line while you talk to them. 8am to 8pm are the sky support opening times!
