Un usual to ask for a Hub to be returned for broadband that is currently in use especially if they never supplied an upgraded version to you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have returned the hardware that was listed on the letter. It didn't include the hub as sky still provides my Internet but now they are asking me to return the hub or face a charge for it.</description>
