topic Broadband not connecting in Broadband

I'm recently out of contract, and on Sky's rolling contract. Since then I have had no broadband connection, so can only watch terrestrial TV. Sky claimed the problem lies outside my property and allegedly sent an engineer to fix the unknown issue. This evening I got an email to inform me it has been fixed (it has not) and that the issue has been logged as 'complete'. I don't think it's gonna get sorted by Sky unless I keep hassling them, which is so time consuming. Any suggestions?

If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
