topic Booster not working in Broadband

Hi,

My booster isn't working. It only has 2 lights on it instead of 3. I've tried turning it on and off, and tried turning my router on and off at the same time to try and connect it, but it's still not working. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Michelle

@Michelle71- As long as the booster has not failed and they are very robust unit's take it place it next to the sky hub the SR203 that you have, and then do a wps on the hub, couple seconds later wps on the booster, watch both the lights middle off the booster buttons, will take about five minutes for them both to reconnect again, leave a further five, switch the booster off and move it back to where it was, back on again five minutes later back to the three green lights. Help below if you need it....

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-what-do-you-need-help-with
