Go into the sets Settings menu and find tge Network setting which will tell you the status of the connection.       <description>Hi. My sky glass have been awful since I got it's pixel screen slow and freezes. I just thought it was abit rubbish after going from a samsung tv.. I was to my frined yesterday and she didn't have any of these isses with hers so I think mine maybe faulty. I did call about 2 months ago and was offered free broadband band boost but the phone cut off and I forgot to call back to sort that out 🤦‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt;</description>
