topic Fault notification in Broadband

Hi, The 'My Sky' app continually highlights a problem with my broadband. The system takes me to the broadband checker facility. I run the checks and everything comes back okay. I've done this numerous times and the fault notification doesn't persists. Can I clear it manually? Thank you

If there is no fault then you might find it will eventually clear itself over the coming days. You can not clear it yourself.
