      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4557737"&gt;@Louisa15&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to be pedantic you do have a WiFi connection to the hub its your broadband connection that is down - the two are commonly confused but are quite different and have different solutions..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Run the service checker in the My Sky app on a mobile device. It may not have picked up your connection loss but will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if they are you will have to be patient while that is fixed. If nothing is showing call Sky to report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;
