      <description>&lt;P&gt;All weekend my internet and WiFi has been glitching every 1-5 minutes making it impossible to use. I just upgraded my Sky box in order to get a better service than you gave me before however it's worse!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You promised a Sky engineer would come to my house to sort it out but nobody came.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please send somebody to resolve this ASAP as I have already tried all your troubleshooting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
