I restarted the wall unit, the Sky Hub, I even tried connecting the ethernet to a spare router I had lying at home to no avail. Everything leads to the same issue, speeds rarely exceeding 50-60mbps. This is not what we're paying for, we were told we'd have 400 guaranteed, yet ever since we had it installed it only worked perfectly for the first two days. I tried speedtests standing right next to the router, I tried the service checker which surprisingly is saying absolutely no issues at all.
