You say you are being charged for this but do you also see a credit for it on the same bill , if not you will have to raise this with Sky by calling or using social media to get in touch with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Taking out a new 2 year contract it shows on your upgrade options that Sky broadband boost is included in the overall final price&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but on reflection of my bills you are charging £7.50 extra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your advertising is misleading if this is the case&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried to go through help section which was not helpful&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
