An engineer came round came round&nbsp;</P><P>on Wednesday and said everything was okay she said the booster was confusing my sky Q boxes and to unplug it. Since then it has dropped out three times. Last night I was out and had set things to record but the didn't as the network had dropped out. I have to keep resetting my boxes and it driving me mad. Surely sky should do something. They will not let me have the black box I had before back.
